There are two key elements everyone should carefully consider before getting into the design of their home. The first is your financial ability to build and the second is your desired area to live. These two components play a huge part in deciding what your home will ultimately look like. The first will determine the size of your home and the accompanying finishes. The second will determine the style and look of your home. The reason is that every development has it's own architectural guidelines which, to an extent, dictate what options builders and clients have available to them.
Close [x]Often times, people already have an idea of their "perfect" home. This a great head start as it gives our designers something tangible to work with. Other times, people will approach us with just the will to build. This is very exciting as it gives us the chance to dazzle you with a unique design we come up with together. There are various questions we will ask you to get a solid idea of what you'd like to build. Would you like a Bungalow or Two-Storey? Where do you spend most of your time? Would you like a more tradtional layout, open concept or the best of both worlds?
These questions will become more specific and will determine a perfect starting point for your home building experience.
Close [x]The size and complexity of any home determines, in large part, the actual construction time. However we generally build our homes in 6 months.

Close [x]Any true custom builder will tell you that you cannot have a price per square foot which is equal in all parts of the home. The cost to increase your media room will not equal the cost to increase your master bedroom as the two demand totally different materials. We have developed a specific costing schedule which allows us to properly the price out the home without any fear of being too low or too high.
Close [x]You have a busy schedule and we completely understand. The idea is not to bring your life to a standstill or add to your stress level. That's why we have a professional designer on board who will help you with your design questions. Does this paint color work with my tile? Should I get this faucet or that one? How much more will this backsplash cost? Our designer will help keep you organized and informed so you won't feel panicked. Typically, six weeks of your time is required to choose your options and finishings and then you can sit back and watch your home being built.
Close [x]Absolutley! We're part of the National Home Warranty Program and as such we're able to offer you a 5 year warranty with your home. Your first year will cover your entire home and the remaining 4 years will cover any structural issues you may have such as issues with your piles, basement walls, etc. Don't forget, if you sell your home within the warranty period, the new home owners will also recieve the remaining coverage.
